About the Job:

As a member of the team, you will work in a multi-functional role that caters to an expertise in

  • Software / Hardware / Networking Infrastructure
  • Storage
  • Customer Training
  • Technical Support

You will interact with the customers on various aspects related to the Integration with Telecom Networks Work from the customer locations to assist them in issues pertaining to:

  • Hardware Infrastructure
  • Software Infrastructure
  • Deployed Application Software (Products)

You will work with the QA & Engineering teams to address the customer queries & first/second level product related issues within the promised SLAs

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy Hardware, Software and Application monitoring tools
  • Maintain & monitor production system capability by regular testing
  • Use automation for deployments & system upgrades
  • Diagnose problems/ configuration issues & propose solutions within the agreed SLAs
  • Create user documentation, system deployment documents & network diagrams
  • Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives & product release training & documentation


  • Expertise in the following, Candidates with certifications will be preferred
    • Linux / Windows Administrations
    • Networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Hands on Experience in deploying & maintaining hardware infrastructure
  • Exposure to DOS, Pearl, Python & Shell Scripting
  • Experience in performance monitoring using SNMP, WMI, SysLogs
  • Experience in using monitoring tools such as Nagios
  • System and network administration of production systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Technical Skills: – Linux, Debian, Mongo, Oracle Database, Windows 2008 & 2012, SQL 2012
